Login Screen Will NOT Accept Full Password.

Make sure the number lock key is off.
Make sure the key board is working.
Restart the computer.
Be sure you are using password option and not pin login or other option.

Can’t Photoshop and Dreamweaver applications to the latest version

Can’t Photoshop and Dreamweaver applications to the latest version. 

Windows 7 Ultimate x 64. 

Customer not able to update Adobe Creative Cloud. Powerbroker elevated attempt failed. Attempted to uninstall to provide a fresh install. 

Remoted into customer's computer. Attempted to uninstall. Restarted because the customer was unable to uninstall Adobe products. The system stated Adobe was already uninstalled even through it still showed in the program list.

Received error “Could not connect to System Event Notification Service after a restart.” After logging it and a long delay it requested the customer to log in again. The customer was able to log in the second time.


Ran Creative Cloud Set-Up.exe as admin. 

Received Message:




Clicking Get Creative Cloud took us to https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html. The customer stated already downloaded more than once from here. Customer stated they tried to run Creative Cloud Uninstaller before but had errors. Trying uninstaller with Local Admin Password. No success. 

Co-worker had similar issues and suggested to have a new profile put in for the customer. Our customer decided to hold off on this solution due to receiving a new hard drive shortly.
